Uninstalled default apps are listed in application list with “green android icon mit with droid head) after update to version 7.2. With the previous version this icons where not visible.
App title is as example com.android.calculator2.CalculatorApplication.
By the way. It is not possible to reinstall deinstalled defaults apps - another issue - with 7.1. and 7.2.
Okay, over App info (App settings) I can deactivate the app. Than it is not visible anymore.
But wondering, why it was activited with the update to 7.2
For any apps in this state, please attempt to first restore them using “System > Apps > Preinstalled Apps”, then reboot. They will be fully back now. Then again go to “System > Apps > Preinstalled Apps” and remove them once again, and reboot. Cleared up or?
Not sure what happens but I have seen others report similar issues in the past.
I tried this with the phone app. But the process does not work as described.
When I installed iode 7.1 fresh I directly deselected the phone. Later I decided to install it. I followed the reboot process. But no.
