Hi, if you are looking for a new battery for your Teracube2e, this might be a solution: Original-Akku (GS3)
Hard to find a spare battery at teracube, link in footer “Accessories”, $60, not available right now…
The above costs 25€, made in Germany. After a little research I feel kind of betrayed, because it looks like Teracube resells a “Gigaset GS3” (released for 179€ in 2020) much more expensive. But hey, we get a “biodegradable case” and some marketing instead…!
At least I’m happy with iodeOS. Good choice that they are no longer selling the Teracube2e in their shop.
I didn’t test the new batteries yet, just ordered. But other sources state it should work (surprise…). I’ll post an update after testing.
Many and big thanks to the French users for the hint! Batterie de rechange Teracube 2
Just thought this might also be helpful for others.

Yes, good and correct thinking. Thank you!
It’s a shame that the T2e still runs on Android 11 ( iodéOS 2.31 ) and open bootloader, although relocking bootloader is possible with appropriate programming.
An official and certified stock Android 13.1.1 for Teracube 2e emerald - SN:2021 is also available.
I just stumbled across this post: does that mean that the Teracube 2e is not modular (i.e., screwdriver, unscrew, replace part, screw back in)? The Gigaset is obviously not modular. It is a standard device that is assembled in a German factory, with parts manufactured in China (presumably in conventional factories, although there is no information available on this). Shift and Fairphone (and until now I thought Teracube too) have their own factory in China (or rather, Shift has an exclusive contract with a trustworthy manufacturer, because it is very difficult for Europeans to register companies in China) and only choose production partners who are also trustworthy.
