Request unofficial builds for unsupported devices

I’ve already installed a lot of GSI ROMs on the Titan (including Gargoyle GSI OS, for example). I’ve had IodeOS on it for a while now, and I regularly update it from the beta download section.

Apologies - I didn’t read your initial post carefully enough :frowning:

No problem. I just wanted to ask if it’s okay for me to list an unlisted device running iodeOS for sale on eBay.

I don’t see a problem, so long as you are upfront about the state of the phone, bootloader unlocked and / or relocked, custom ROM installed, warn that some apps may not work due to absence of Google services.

Very well. I will take this information into account.

I also don’t see any reason it would be frowned upon to sell devices with iodéOS on them, in fact I think iodé is encouraging of such initiatives.

In fact it really isn’t different than what I and others already do selling devices with iodéOS preinstalled (in my case at https://openmobile.us I do sell a few models with unofficial builds created by me as the devices don’t have official builds from iodé). Good luck!

I am considering offering this device for sale on https://openmobile.us for North American customers, so @mcljr I just want to confirm that between Pete and I we will make sure that regular updates are posted (again available as OTA).

I hope this works and that all the details are correct: Unihertz Titan, ohne Vertrag, für Software"Bastler" vorinstalliertes iodéOS 5.2 | eBay.de

I noticed there’s a build of iodé 6.13 for Moto X4 (payton) now, thanks a lot for that! I’ve just installed it and everything seems to be working fine. I’ll report back in a few weeks once I’ve used it for a while.

Sorry for not informing about this: I’d forgotten that the payton build failed previously :frowning:

It’s now on the list of devices that I bild for, so OTA updates should appear when they become available

Hello all, may I request a community build for the OnePlus 8T (codename kebab) please?

This model is supported by LineageOS. Also, I believe an attempt was made back in September 2025 with iodéOS version 6.7 but unfortunately, it seems like this build failed.

As iodéOS has evolved to a new major version since then, it might be worth giving it another go.

I’m fairly new to the world of Android custom ROM but with a little bit of guidance, I would be happy to help with this build, whether it’s for build troubleshooting or to test if everything works on an actual 8T.

Merci

I’ve added it to the list of iodé 7 devices to build for, but builds won;t be happening for a few days, as build servers are busy

Hello guys, a couple days ago I bought a Xiaomi 12 and now I found this thread - I thought I was dreaming when i read that you provide unofficial IodeOS builds for lineage devices. This is amazing, so thanks alot for making this possible!!
Any chance that you can build Iode for the Xiaomi 12 (cupid) ?
Cheers!

Done: available for download at https://iode.lineage.microg.org/kebab/.

Done: available for download at https://iode.lineage.microg.org/lemonades/.

Both these builds are untested so use at your own risk. Future builds shoula appear as OTA updates.

I tried (a couple of times) but the builds failed - sorry! Looks like problems with the upstream sources. This happens sometimes: the sources build in the LineageOS build environment, but not for iodéOS. With luck it will get fixed in future. I’ll try again for the next few build runs in the coming months

Same result this month unfortunately. None of my iodé 5 builds have succeeded this month.

Sorry!

Fantastic, thank you so much @petefoth, this is much appreciated.

I can already confirm iodéOS 7.4 installed successfully on my OnePlus 8T. I’ll configure it and use it as a spare phone for a while and see how it goes. So far, it looks very promising
