Hallo, since some days my mobile data doesn´t work anymore although I have still reserves. Only textmessages can be sent and recieved…
what could be the reason for that?

Please check these settings:
System Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Mobile datais active?System Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > (your sim) > Access Point Namesshows your carrier’s correct APN entry and it is enabled?
If still not working, please clarify device and your cell provider (and country) so we can better help

Hallo and thanks for your reaction. Mobile data is activ and APN is correct.
The problem changed: at the moment it is only telegramm, which can´t load videos and pictures. Also I can´t open Links from telegramm. The normal browser works…
It is a Samsung Galaxy S10, Fonic (Lidl mobile / O2), Germany
