How do I know if works in my country? It’s none of the mentioned above.

Does it include the so-called “Material Expressive” UI?

I’m currently running LineageOS 23.2 on my Moto G32 (devon); and ever since the “Material Expressive” (23.0 → 23.2) upgrade, performance has been abysmal, with recent apps being constantly killed as if the system was out of memory.

I’ve been looking for another OS to switch to, and was hoping that IodéOS tails a little behind (pre-23.2), so I can at least have a working system.

Devon user here, too. Running iodéOS 7.4 and not experiencing any difference to older versions regarding performance. Unfortunately, I could not find the Lineage version it is based on.

PS: I read that you leave your apps open - I always close mine after use, so maybe that is why I don’t run into the same problems …

I’m pretty sure that the latest Iodé 7 builds are based on LineageOS 23.2. Iodé build with whatever is the latest in the LIneageOS repos at the time they build. LineageOS 23.2 has been around for a few months now, so the Iodé 7 builds will now be based on that branch.

23.0 builds of LineageOS for microG are still available: for your device they are here and were made on February 6th, so quite up-to-date in security terms

Good to hear from another user. I’ll try to investigate whether the apps I use are causing it.

I actually close them constantly, never leaving more than 2 or 3 open at the same time. The problem is that apps are being killed in less than a minute of inactivity. It’s way too fast.

I was about to return to stock; but now that you mentioned it, this seems like a better idea. Thanks!

To confirm, iodéOS 7.3 is based on LOS 23.2, and thus brought in the new design.
