As others have mentioned, the boot splash message is not indicating there is any problem with the system, it is only informing you that you are not booting the stock OS.
About different apps not functioning, please check for Plexus reports for compatibility, and also check our (Editable list) Apps compatible with iodéOS list. You can add to that thread or make individual new posts about each app you are having issues with.
Wie bereits erwähnt, weist die Boot-Splash-Meldung nicht auf ein Problem mit dem System hin, sondern informiert Sie lediglich darüber, dass Sie nicht das Standard-Betriebssystem booten.
