How to call and browse the internet at the same time ? VoLTE related?

I guess that this issue has something to do with VoLTE but, as a non specialist, it is only a guess…

My carrier (Bouygues Telecom, in France) has told me to switch on VoLTE in the parameters but I could not find the option.

As I searched iodéOS website, I found that iodéOS is not compatible with VoLTE on my device.

As your device doesn’t support VoLTE (4G voice calls) when a call comes it disconnects a 4G connection and then re-connects at 3G (or down to 2G if no 3G service) to handle the call. Likely this breaks mobile data connectivity.

There is some testing to enable VoLTE on Samsung devices, but until then what you see is valid.
