I have a question to the following article:

There are several different threads discussing FP4 issues either going from iodéOS 6.x to 7.x and/or 7.4 to 7.5. I will try to make some baseline / clarification points here that consolidate the issues: then I will link here on the numerous threads and we can go from there depending on the specific case. Upgrade from 6.x to 7.x with a locked boot loader fails. That’s clearly stated in the article.
Update from 7.x to 7.y (e.g. 7.4 to 7.5) with a locked boot loader should work. Correct?

I didn’t ask in the article above for keeping it clean. But I would appreciate a clarification of my question there.
