I put in an AT&T sim card, then reset the network and APN settings
then put in my other SIM for a different carrier, deleted the APN settings and then restarted the phone, and it automatically put its own correct APN setting and its working great so far. Hahah after all this BS the last 7 days I finally beat the system and I win.
