Yeah, very subjective. I would think that the phones iode sells with the OS would be top of the list… I mean anytime you can buy a device with a supported OS, you should be good…
BUT… I did buy a Fairphone 4 from Murena and that was a $**! show… LOL It runs better with iode… as Chrlie Browns teacher would say… Wah wa wa… lol
From what I see… The Google Pixel phones are at the front though not listed in your list. I have two iode phones - both are Pixel 7 Pro - and they run the OS very well. There are some functions on some apps that have problems but some of that is caused by me not signing into an account for privacy purposes.
