As title which can iode be installed on the Google or Murena /e/os ?
I’m considering, or maybe an iphone 14, my sons old phone when he upgrades in June.

The hardware is the same no worries about that. There is the Security patch which you might need be careful about, but you only have to worry about that after you bought it and when you start deciding if to lock the bootloader or not.
Maybe think about getting it from Iode directly no hassles
