Although the installation of EvolutionX Recovery and iode-7.6-20260622-cepheus.zip went smoothly, @ronnz98’s ROM (A16) iodéOS 7.6 only boots up to the iodé logo and then gets stuck there permanently. An attempt to install the ROM using the iodé recovery.img included in the ROM.zip also failed, as did an attempt using a TWRP Recovery version TWRP-3.7.0_12-0, which I used to successfully install the official ROM (A13) iode-4.34-20260617-cepheus and the OTA update. I also kept Ronald informed about my various tests through other channels.

Did you try a “factory reset” after install?
Of course, @rik, I’m no beginner when it comes to testing custom ROMs and custom GSIs. I’ve already tested a large number of custom ROMs (not just iodéOS) from @ronnz98. That’s why I know it’s not unusual for a @ronnz98 ROM to fail to boot completely. I’ve also tried various custom recoveries, and the result is the same: this @ronnz98 ROM doesn’t boot up completely.
