"TomTom Go"-App doesn't work

Hello to the forum,

I’d like to use the “TomTom Go” navigation app and it installs without error.
But after starting it and showing its introduction, it tells me something like “Oops! Something went wrong!” - and I just can click an “OK”-button. After that, the app closes.
Is there someone who has managed getting “TomTom Go” operational?

Did you activate the play store services in MicroG? But from my experience tomtom is not running well with iodé. For whatever reason tomtom does often not find the exact poisition.
