I’ll pass this to the team, possibly they have an email quota limit issue or something. But to your problems, what country / carrier? Do you expect 4G / VoLTE? If so, Samsung does not allow it for third party ROMs, so with a Samsung device I believe you would need to use cellular calling with 3G only (or a voip solution is needed). But I think cellular data should still work, but it may be something as simple as your APN settings being inaccurate, so again please confirm country / carrier.
But, since the SIM Card is not recognised when inserted in the phone, I do not have the possibility to change the APN…
For your information, at the moment, I am using a IODE back-up phone (way older) and the same SIM Card is working perfectly with the same carrier in 4G.
Cellular data is working? If so then your SIM is recognized. Or maybe you mean that only “wifi data” is working?
If the issue is only about cellular calls (but again not cellular data), then, sadly as I mention above Samsung doesn’t allow 4G (VoLTE) calls to work on custom ROMs like iodé and a different manufacturer will be needed.
OK understood. Have you contacted your carrier to see if they are possibly restricting registration of the phone? If you are OK sharing your country and cellular provider with me (PM if you don’t want it posted publicly) then I can do a bit of troubleshooting, but as you have iodé working with another phone with the same SIM it seems you will need to contact your carrier to see if they have it blocked from registering on the network.
