microG SafetyNet compatibility was just restored with 6.6. I am confused a bit if you are on 6.6 or 6.5? Sorry but I don’t have any Samsung experience, but I do remember seeing some threads about full reformatting being needed due to required underlying partition layout changes.
If you are on 6.6 and microG still lists SafetyNet as disabled (and it can’t be enabled) then I am not sure of the next step to advise.
