Before i got the FP5 with iode os on it, i used a wileyfox swift with cyanogen mod.
In the original cyanogen file manager there was a funktion to create/have a safe folder.
Is in iode a similar funktion?
If not, is in f-droid a file manager with this funktion?
I may need a bit of an explanation to better understand your meaning: safe from whom or in what scenario would your normal userdata not be safe? (your userdata is encrypted by default with modern Android)
There are personal informatians eg passwords, bank account datas,… i store in a special file. This file is stored in the fone with a 4 numbers pin code. I would like to encypt this file. The old file manager has a Special folder with own password, where i can Store sensible datas.
You could try a note-taking app that supports encryption, such as NoteSR - Encrypted Notes
