If you mean the version in the iodé repository, we only keep Open Camera there because on devices that don’t support iodé 2 then Open Camera was the default camera app so removing it would cause issues for them. But we are not updating it ourselves and have Aperture as our default camera app. So if you want an updated Open Camera instead you can get it from the main F-Droid repo.

Good to know! Changed the repo on my phone, too. (Even though I stopped taking pictures since sadly the camera hardware is just crap).
Maybe I should have been more clear, we do distribute updated versions of apps there, it is just OpenCamera that is outdated 
. I guess I mean I hope you didn’t disable / remove the entire repository.
No, don’t worry, I just deinstalled OpenCamera and installed it again via Standard F-Droid -repo Probably I won’t remember why I did that the next time I have to flash the successor phone (insert emoticon for old and senile).
