The Reolink app downloaded and installed fine. Opens and looks like it’s happy but I can’t get it to discover my doorbell camera. I’ve tried with a scan and using the ip address but no luck. Is there a setting to let the network discover local devices?
I stumbled onto the solution. In setting under ‘Network & internet’ I changed Private DNS to ‘Automatic’. That worked.

As an update I also had to go into Proton VPN and set it to allow device to device connections. It connected the first time after the previous fix and then refused to connect again until I made this change. On ProtonVPN it’s under Settings - Advanced Settings - LAN Connections - Allow direct device connections
