Problem installing IodéOS on a Oneplus 9 (lemonade) using installer

I have a brand new Oneplus 9 and tried to install IodéOS using its installer.

At first, I’ve updated stock ROM from Android 11 to latest Android 14.

Then, I tried the IodéOS installer on a Linux system (Debian Bookworm, stable). On first tries, the installer didn’t want to detect my phone, but I finally found that when running « adb devices », I get two devices, because I had a « adbd » server running, creating an « emulator-5554 » in addition to my phone. Once stopped, the installer correctly identified my phone. It then unlock the bootloader, downloaded the Iodé OS 6.0 (iode-6.0-20250131-lemonade-img.zip, quite a long time to got it !), checked its integrity, and then tried to install it.
The installation runs, and installer told that the system has been successfully installed on my device, but on next phone boot, the Oxygen OS system restart (doing a new installation process) !
Running the installer again (without waiting for the image downloading  ), I checked the installation details and noted an error message ! I’ll copy it below, but unfortunately, the installation details isn’t selectable, and I didn’t find if it’s somewhere as a file :frowning:

fastboot: error: failed to open zip file ‘iode-6.0-20250131-lemonade-img.zip’: Invalid file
******** Did you mean to fastboot format this f2fs partition?

and it’s followed by a bunch of other logs.

How could I proceed to fix this problem ?

Thanks for your help!

Hello, I didn’t have the exact same problem, but it might help that I couldn’t install my OnePlus with the installer at the time. I had to go the manual route, it was a bit more complicated, but it worked. Here’s the post:Oneplus 9 Pro - Iode Installer geht nicht - Linux

Thanks for your link! I tried the « manual » installation via fastboot, and it worked well, my phone is set-up with IodéOS, let’s start using it :grinning:
