Priorize calls for calls or SMS in Notifications?

Is it possible that missed calls or SMS can be prioritized in the notifications and are on top of the list?

I keep overlooking at a incoming call or text message,
since no information message appears after the device is unlocked.

never saw a feature like that or a possibility to do that.
And never read about such a possibility

That’s a shame.It would be a nice feature.

But unfortunately it seems that making phone calls and receiving SMS is increasingly perceived (wrongly in my opinion) as being or becoming ‘legacy’ functionality, because apps now exist which allow richer messaging and calling fucntionalities.
