FYI I sell these too at OpenMobile and haven’t had any issues with them, but of course I am not sure how PrivatePhoneShop does the installs. I hope they are using our stock images.
When hardware issues like this happen, the standard advice is to reflash back to stock first, then to iodéOS. You don’t need to have it online, but sometimes it helps if a prior custom system on it may have modified various parts that leave it in an unclean state.
