If you have correctly installed the Google USB drivers with ADB, then you just need to follow these steps when your smartphone is connected in fastboot mode:

Right-click on windows icon in the lower-left corner and open Device.

Expand the Portable Devices section.

Right-click on the connected device name and select “Update Driver Software”.

In Hardware Update Wizard, click on Browse my computer for driver software".

Click on “Let me pick from a list of my available drivers on my compter” and click “Next”.

Select “ADB interface” and click “Next”.

Select “MTP USB Device” (the one in the middle)

Close and enjoy
