OP9Pro - Device State Locked

Hallo,

I would like to switch to Iode on my OnePlus 9 Pro (LE2123) but with the installer (iodeOS-installer-v0.3.1-windows) the installation stops as follow.

Installer says:

Checking Bootloader Status

Your device is rebooted mode in order to check the bootloader status

How can I proceed?

You will need to issue fastboot flashing unlock from a connected terminal. In Windows you will need to get the fastboot package installed.
