Hello everyone,
I just wanted to update my iode os to the latest security patch level without installing a new android version.
So for example my FP4 with iode 4.10 ( Android 13 ) with patch level from 5.2.2024 still has support for security patches - without updating to Android 14 or 15.
How can I install the newer patches?
I couldn’t find anything about this in the forums.

This isn’t a definitive reply, but as I understand, iodé usually only provides updates for older Android versions when the device is not able to run the newer Android version. Since the FP4 runs the A15 base, they don’t provide updates to the A13 versions.

I asked this question although in the fairphone community, because here are questions often not answered. And yes - you are right - there is no way to get updates for older Android version
@stephanf, I am curious what specific things are holding you back from moving to the A15 base (iodé 6.x)?
