Can you clarify? It should be standard to receive SMS notifications on your lockscreen. Do you mean you don’t want the content of the SMS to show, but just have a notification that there is a new SMS (and then you need to unlock to view it?)
notifybuddy and aodNotify applications have this function

So then on the lockscreen you would only see this icon, but no text would be shown to preserve privacy until you unlock (I think this is what you are showing me)?

I see in “Messages > Settings > Lock screen notification visibility” you can set it to “Nothing” or “Sender only”, whereas the default is “Sender and message”. Does this work for you?

The request was to add a feature to the system that would display a flashing notification on the lock screen. I have a Motorola G52 Jodeos 7.1. But I noticed another problem with the system: I can use the hotspot at a speed of 2.4 GHz, whereas on the original Motorola Android I had 5 GHz.

Well that should already be possible, but it could be a bug with your specific device. I did a quick search for rhode and led notification on LineageOS but didn’t get any clear hits.
But it finally makes sense why I was not understanding your screenshots, those wouldn’t include the led light

OK I get it now. It is NOT a LED, it is just part of the screen but you can configure it like a “software led replacement” (that can also show the icon of the notifying app).
So can you not add this? I guess you would need to replace the lockscreen, maybe this is part of Trebuchet (default launcher) so would need a custom launcher?
