The Connectivity Check Server is maybe down or have Problems. Deactivated this Option the ! and Message is go away.
Shift 6mq and 5.6 with Premium Family.

The problem seems to be solved. Disconnect, reconnect wifi and mobile data, reconnect, and it should be fine.
