I don’t know of a way to confirm or not without using adb logcat and sifting the output looking for FRP. The below post is what one user found confirming it had been triggered on their device.
Further question: I am getting confused here if your device is unlocked or locked (even if you don’t see “Allow OEM Unlocking” it may be currently unlocked)? You can confirm from fastboot with fastboot flashing get_unlock_ability.
