As statet in the FAQs when you want to switch from a monthly to an annual or lifetime subscription, you can upgrade or downgrade the subscription in your account. Unfortunately I can’t find ‘Upgrade’ or ‘Downgrade’ in my account on the website. And I also can’t enter my account when the website is switched to german language. Could someone fix that, please?

Sorry! I can login in german now but I still don’t see any upgrade oder downgrade button, neither in english nor in german (nor in french).
