I noticed that the LED notification on the operating system 3.1 under Samsung Galaxy s10e is without function.
also the LED light is not on when the phone is charging.
is there already a planned bugfix for this?

S10e, as well as all S10 series, does not have a notification led !

I switched from an s9 to an s10e and strongly assumed that this feature would be continued.

Would it be possible to use the front camera LED for that purpose? E.g. make it blink when a notification is received

the front camera on the S10e has no LED either
it is technically possible to trigger the AOD with programmatically with automation apps. I myself use Tasker to activate it on notifications of certain apps.

The S10+ does have a front camera LED. It shines while one of the cameras is running and blinks while the device is booting.
What do you mean by Tasker?
