Lagg after the upgrade to 6.11

After the upgrade, the phone seems laggy. Especially when opening previus apps or switching between the opened apps. Everything else seems normal.

There was a user reporting their FP3 became laggy after recent upgrades, but if they disable “blur” in the settings it goes back to normal. Maybe check if that can be done for FP4 also?

New blur effect makes Fairphone 3 lag

The status bar and the recents screen are laggy after today’s update. If blur is disabled in developer settings, it is fast again.

Thanks for pointing it out. It works. But, it’s a workaround or the blur efect is pointles?

Sorry I don’t know the answer to that question. A guess is that some update caused significant increase in CPU power to render the blur effects (or maybe they aren’t properly hardware accelerated or something).
