Well, you have to add these repositories again. The settings are not taken from the old F-Droid.
Just a simple question: These days I got ioDroid on my FP3 (iodé 6.17). The F-Droid isn’t touched. Is it save to remove either of the two stores? In other words: Are the two stores completely separate? Including all settings, as I wrote in the post above?
Thanks, but I already did this. Since I reinstalled the apps, not sure if the problem still continues though.
Since the 2 apps use different name spaces (to prevent being able to have both installed) they are not able to read the other app’s settings to import them. So there wasn’t any way to migrate F-Droid settings to ioDroid.
You can keep F-Droid and ioDroid both installed, you can remove either or both as well as you please.
Actually, I just set up a new device and this is not on by default. But if you turn it on it fixes the app store conflicts EZ.
