From experience so far I can see that Levels 0 – New, 1 – Basic and 2 – Member are pretty much the same.
I would like to know if Level 3 – Regular is attainable and specifically, if the option to " * Make their own posts wiki (that is, editable by any TL1+ users)" is also possible?
