Above translated using DeepL, original English below:
I may have missed some in translating, but it seems both Heliboard and Futo Keyboard (the 2 I checked) have some discussion but no imlementation of handwriting recognition

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'd like to k… now if handwriting would be added some day to HeliBoard. I'm aware that it is difficult to implement, as no open-source keyboards I've seen has it, but I'd like confirmation if this would be considered in the future.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
_Please provide a description of what you would like to have. The clearer it is described, the better it can be implemented the way you want it._
* GBoard's implementation is nice from what I remember, but I don't have it installed anymore and don't wish to reinstall it
* Samsung Keyboard lets you handwrite with the S pen and even edit typed text using proofreading marks, but it's rather finicky to use
Here's my screen recording demonstrating Samsung Keyboard's S pen to text function. Towards the end it shows the Samsung Keyboard Handwriting settings where you can toggle Pen detection on or off to automatically switch to handwriting mode, change the Candidate type to Prediction candidate or Recognition candidate, and the time it takes with no more writing input before it attempts to convert your handwriting into text. Not sure what the Candidate types affects, as I've tried switching between them and haven't noticed a difference.

**Use case**
_Provide a clear and concise description of *your use case* and what you thus think is missing, and why._
* To write Japanese characters to put into a translator from something you can't just highlight and copy the text from (like an image), and/or when an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or screen translator is unable to read or recognize characters correctly due to various factors such as noisy background, being handwritten, font, etc.
* Might be hard to use if stroke order is important and if suggestions don't show similar characters to what is being attempted to be written
* I'm not very good at typing on mobile, and using glide typing is sometimes frustrating when it chooses the wrong word with no suggestions close to what I meant to type so I have to erase it and retry
* Handwriting means I can write words without needing to put it in my personal/keyboard's dictionary compared to glide typing
**Describe alternatives you've considered (if any)**
* Temporarily switching to Google Board or Samsung Keyboard to use their handwriting function
* Use a notebook/notes app with handwriting
* Very few, if at all, seem to have that function
* Samsung Notes can have handwriting and even has an option to convert it into text
* Handwriting would be limited to this app and be unusable outside it, though

Hardware-Specific
### Use Cases
One of the most popular brands of mobile deviis Samsung. And Sams… ung does an exquisite job at providing stylus support, they partnered with Wacom, and they nailed it.
The only issue here is that if any Samsung device user wants to use a more private keyboard than Samsung Keyboard, must give up the handwriting support.
By this, Samsung is practically holding users hostages.
And if that doesn't anger you enough:
_Samsung is actively blocking tuta.com email accounts to be used to sign up for a Samsung account. And no, is not a filter to allow only "known providers". It is specifically targeted against Tuta. A fictional account such as "fdmghrskjfh@sektknfskjedn.com" will be accepted, but any tuta domain will be rejected._
Why did I bring tuta into this? Well just to enrage people, if that motivates some; so people know how Samsung plays. To give them more reasons to thwart Samsung monopoly.
### Proposal
Implementing handwriting support competitive with Samsung Keyboard and compatible with Samsung devices, would disrupt this monopoly and allow users to choose.
What makes Samsung Keyboard so unique, is that it allows both writing in place (in the actual text field), but it also provides a handwriting pad.
