Iode App login problem again!

Since 2-3 days I couldn’t login on my mobile. I’m a premium member and this is the 2nd time with this issue/problem. Error message is: No connection, issue to connect to the server, try again later. I have contact the support and followed the advice to change my PW. But this didn’t resolve my problem! And I tried to login with my username and registered e-mail. Both of these doesn’t work!

Device: Fairphone 5

OS: Iode 6.9 and Iode 7 beta. Both didn’t work!

Server problem or Iode acc problem ???

Need help please!

Have you tried resetting the app’s data and cache? Maybe that will work?

Yes of course. And 10 times setting up a new PW. Trying to login with username and email. Nothing helped. Iodeos 6.9 and with iodos 7 beta on both the same issue.

We passed this to the admin team. No reply from them yet but I am sure this will be a high priority to address as soon as they are able.

Hi. Just subscribed to Premium service and getting the exact same issue, with a FP5 as well.

Is the fix done by the admins robust enough?

Again the same login problem. Support team this is an server problem!

The service was down again, the server was out of space and needed to be cleaned up. But I understand it should be working again. Thanks for letting us know.
