Iode app automatic logout!

Sorry you are frustrated with other parts of the FP5 (please start a new thread on those possible harware-specific issues), but to this issue is iodé app login, I did ask that Antoiné check on your account, I think he wasn’t available over the weekend to check on that, so hopefully in the coming day. But you are correct, I don’t think that specific issue has anything to do with what version of iodé you are using.

To clarify, however, the “reset the iodé app” issue, this recent thread helps clarify a possible fix: Iodé app stopped working - #5 by volker01 where they clarify between “AppInfo > Clear Storage” (not successful) and “iodé app > Settings > Reset Data” (successful).

If the issue is login, though, it is probably best to confirm you can login to My account - iodé and confirm that your subscription is active there.
