The steps for installing IodeOS have been changed / simplified for official devices. Unfortunately, the simplified steps do not work (yet) for my unofficial builds, so the instructions in my post about the build are now slightly misleading. Updated instructions for flashing my unofficial builds are as follows
Download TWRP recovery
Download TWRP version twrp-3.6.2_12-0-20221002-lilac.img downloaded from here
I installed iode 5.13 from here <link removed>
It seems like twrp-3.6.2_12-0-20221002-lilac.img cant decrypt the files. Is there a newer version for Android 13?
2026-02-22 edit from @rik: removing link to old LineageOS for microG server download location for iodéOS builds as it is causing issues users when finding this old, inactive link. The new download location is https://iode.lineage.microg.org/ It was changed in January 2026 to enable OTA updates for the L4M hosted unofficial iodéOS builds.
Not that I know of - sorry! I use the same TWRP version, and it does not decrypt files stored on the internal SD card. As I recall, this hasn’t worked with TWRP for lilac since Android introduced File Based Encryption in place of Full Disk Encryption. I don’t know of any way around this.
This of course means that TWRP backup / restore will no longer work. I use one or more of the backup methods discussed in this Wiki post
