.ics Calender File Import

Hi everyone,

i tried to import an .ics file into an offline calender in the home calender app. It was a file from some calender site with all relevant holidays for 2026. But for some reason the app won’t recognize the file correctly and only imports one day, the new year at 01.01.2026, the rest is just ignored. Did anyone else have this issue or knows how to import calender files correctly in iodéOS?

Try the Fossify Calendar app from F-Droid and see if that can import it. I don’t recall off the top of my head if it supports ics, but it might.

If it’s able to import it, you should be able to go back to the standard calendar app (Etar) if you prefer it.
