Where can I find a manual about the Iodé app?

Good point, a thorough HOW TO would be great and for some users even needed 
Or did I just not find it?

I do not understand it at all.
We are currently in the process of writing the documentation of iodéOS on our website. While it is not currently finished, it explains some of the functionalities :
