Help! Rabobank App doesn't work anymore

Banking app Rabobank Netherlands

Hi everyone,
I don’t know if there has been an update at the app , but as of today, the Rabobank app is no longer working. You can log in, but then all you see is a black screen with no text. If you push the back gesture, the app ask if you really want to logoff. I tested it on another smartphone (regular Samsung a55) and the app works there. So it’s not a problem with Raboank, but with the app and the iodeOS system, I think.

Any suggestions or help? I rather need to use this app.

I read about banking apps not functioning any more quite often lately, on different custom ROM. Usually the missing Google Play Service is blamed, but the apps usually specify the reason for not working.

How did you install the app? Via Google Play Store or via Aurora? Is it possible that you downgrade the app to the version before the latest and try if that still works?

It was the version from the Aurora Store. I don’t have Play Store on my phone.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and completely re-registered with my bankdata, then it worked again. Thank you very much for your hints/ tips!
