I’ve just discovered this graphical installer for alternative Android distributions: OpenAndroidInstaller https://openandroidinstaller.org/
I do not need to reinstall iodé for now so I’ve not tried it.
I do not feel really confident in the install process with typing commands so I think that could be an interesting tool if it works correctly.
If some people are trying it with iodé and one of the tested phones, I think that may be useful to know if it went smoothly because it could provide a better experience for some users.
