I ended up installing FloydROM in order to get VoLTE working on the S9.
It’s a shame to leave iodeOS after so many great years but it’s something that had to be done 
To iodeOS developers - it’s been an absolute pleasure using your software and thanks for all the amazing work you’ve all done over the years. Hopefully one day I’ll come back with a non-Samsung device.
