FirstNet no cellular connection

Installation of iodeOS on my pixel 7 went great! I was previously running GrapheneOS, went back to stock AndroidOS, now just installed iodeOS.

I only have one problem. A major one really. I put my SIM card in the phone and it gets no cellular signal or connection. Wi-Fi works fine.

Are there specific carriers, I’m FirstNet (a branch off AT&T), that don’t work with the OS specifically?

So the SIM is not activating? That is strange, have you confirmed settings in System Settings > Network and internet > SIMs > your sim? (mobile data on, APN correct, VoLTE enabled, etc)?

Yes. The phone detects the physical sim, shows the carrier and all the correct settings are enabled. It won’t connect to the mobile network at all.

I’m curious, does Android offer other networks/carriers if you choose “select manually” instead of “auto”?
And are you able to connect to a different carrier? But watch out with mobile data as I don’t know your roaming conditions..

No options to choose any other carrier than the physical sim one.

APN says it’s not available for that user. Not sure what that means as it’s the only user freshly created on the phone.

I attached screenshots so you can see the options within the sim/cellular options.

I haven’t seen this before but clearly something here is amuck. Are you able to tap “+” to create a new APN entry?

And did you set up multiple user profiles in System settings, or maybe using a work profile (Shelter or other) or something like that?
