I and many others are using this great ROM. However, due to being based on LineageOS, there is a problem with NFC extended timeouts when using eID cards (reported for German personal ID card).
Would it be possible to implemented this fix for iodeOS?

From reading the linked issues, it seems that a fix / implementation needs to change device-specific (or at least chipset-specific) code. If there were a way to fix it for all devices, I guess the LineageOS would have done that by now. Realistically, IodéOS don’t have the people / time / resources to start implementing device-specific code for all the devices they support, so I don’t think a fix / implementation is going to get done
Apparently, I used an app of a bank to identify myself with the eID. It surprisingly worked!
So it basically means it can be done but is an issue of the combination of regular eID app and the phone?
