F-Droid is not updating (cannot find updates, cannot find any of the installed apps).
In short, it’s out of service…
How can this problem be solved?

It’s successfully working for me on several phones and the web is online. Do you mean that inside the f-droid app that when you go to:
Settings > manage installed apps
you don’t see any apps there??
Please check inside the iodé blocker app (simply called iodé) to make sure it has the proper permissions. What model phone?

In the F-Droid settings, under “Manage applications”: 0 applications installed!

It’s OK now: you had to pull down the top of the screen in F-Droid and the repositories have been updated.
