J’ai procédé à l’installation de IodéOS sur mon nouveau Fairphone 6 avec l’installateur.
A priori, tout s’est bien passé mais au redémarrage:

I’m having a similar problem. Before installing on the new Fairphone, FPOS 15.151.0 was factory-installed. I had started it up once, gone through the setup wizard briefly, and just inspected it without installing anything else. Before using the iode installation tool, I performed the unlocking procedure as described on the Fairphone website. I discovered that the SDK Platform Tools weren’t sufficient for fastboot, so I had to separately update the drivers for the newly detected device on my Windows PC. After that, I was able to flash iodéOS using the Windows installation tool, immediately after installation I re-locked the bootloader when prompted. During the first boot which also displayed “The boot loader is unlocked… Understand warning about operating system safety - Android Help” warning the device got stuck on the iodé logo, after more than 10 minutes, I booted into the bootloader and performed a factory reset. The subsequent boot process took quite a while, but it was successful. However, I immediately noticed that attempting to launch the camera app failed; after several attempts and error messages, the app finally opened but was unusable, no camera image appeared, the screen remained dark. I also noticed that almost no sound was playing, I could hear something only when adjusting the ringtone volume, but nothing happened when adjusting media or alarm volumes, or when selecting ringtones. I then performed another factory reset and manually installed iodéOS 7.6 via ADB/fastboot, I discovered that the Fairphone hadn’t actually been re-locked as previously thought. The same problem persisted after the manual installation: the initial boot got stuck on the iodé logo, and while the boot succeeded after a factory reset, the same issues remained. Finally, after a factory reset, I installed the current FPOS 16.82.0, and at first glance, everything seems to be working fine.

If I understand correctly, you’ve reverted to the original Fairphone 6 configuration and therefore no iOdéOS.
For my part, I also performed a fresh installation of iOdéOS, manually this time, and everything seems to be working now, but I haven’t tested all the features yet.
I still get the message “Your device is loading another operating system. Go to this link on another device: g.co/ABH.” at startup.
Perhaps it would be worth trying another manual installation of iOdéOS now that you’ve reverted to the original configuration ?

Yes, I’m back on Fairphone Stock though, but not the original version, now the latest one. I’d certainly prioritize iodé, but for now, I’m holding off on another installation attempt. I’m concerned about running into SPL (Security Patch Level) conflicts, especially if another attempt fails and I have to revert to Fairphone Stock again. To be safe, I’ll likely wait for an iodé update with a newer SPL, and I hope that, in the meantime, I won’t be forced to switch to my new Fairphone just yet.

This message is apparently normal on some FP6 after installing an alternative ROM, Fairphone supposedly built it in that way.
This is true for nearly all devices. I consider it a “badge of honor” that Google has been cut out of the loop
