Error "Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1"

Hello,
Since a few weeks, this popup message appears on my screen, for example when I try to download an App:
“Téléchargement échoué! Failed to connect to / 127.0.0.1 (port 9050) from / 127.0.0.1 (port 43382) after 300000ms: isConnected failed: ECONNREFUSED (Connection refused)”

Does someone know what it is?

127.0.0.1 is your “localhost”, so this message is a bit odd. Do you have a VPN running and / or have you applied iodé blocking to disable network activity? Also, is this using Aurora Store, or when you are attempting to directly download an .apk from a site or other?

Yes, I have a VPN (ProtonVPN).
This message appears sometimes when I open an app, and not only with F-droid or Aurora Store.
