Differences in Sim/eSim config items. Why is this?

I have a dual sim, one physical and one eSim.

1. I can set a data limit on the eSim, but I cannot set a limit on the physical sim. Why is that? This is a Brax3 device.

2. I can enable MMS on the physical Sim, but no such config on the eSim?!?

I don’t understand this… is this something to do with OpenEUICC?
