I updated my FP4 via adb sideload from 6.15 to 7.7. This required a factory wipe due to the fact that my bootloader is locked, according to the guide on this forum.
in iodé 6.15 I used charge control without Max charge limit, I.e. I used the time based charge control with manual settings: start after 21, charge until 6.
In iodé 7.7, I enabled those same settings.
They dont work, instead my phone is now locked to limit charge to 80%.
When it’s charged to 80 however and I quickly plug it out and in again, it then charges all the way up to 100. Super weird.
I plug my phone in before going to bed, when I wake up, 80%.
Did this the past three nights, same every time. Also tried during the day, same thing. Seems like whenever my phone is below 80, it will only charge to 80.
I already tried enabling the limit and setting it to 100, to no avail.
It doesnt matter what I set in the settings, enabled/disabled charge control or what mode, my phone always limits itself to 80%.
Any idea?
Battery is brand new and calibrated.
Worked perfectly fine in iodé 6, problems faced after update.
