Breezy alerts me to an update.
I’ve a Pixel 9a running the latest iode version. I think since installing I’ve updated iode 3 or 4 times (can’t recall exactly,)
Throughout the os updates I’ve more than a few requests to update Breezy and ALL of them fail.
Anyone know why? Is there an alternate weather app that is safe to install?

The latest version (6.2.1) is included in the 7.7 release. Maybe you have an old update with a different signature that overrides this version : uninstall it (long press app icon, three-dots menu top-right, uninstall updates).
My apologies for the long delay. Appreciate your assistance. I tried to follow your suggestion and didn’t see a way to simply “uninstall” the app.
The delay however seems to have paid off and something changed in either the latest OS update, with Breezy or both.
I received a notification a couple of days back there was a Breezy update. Followed the link, dl’d the app and it installed with no issues.
