Bluetooth issue on Iodé 3.0

I’ve just updated my Fairphone 4 to Iodé 3.0. Everything runs fine except bluetooth. i am unable to activated the bluetooth, because i got an issue.
After clicking on the bluetooth botton, i got the message ‘activating bluetooth’. But after a long time it was set to off. There is no way to activated it. On a reboot i have a message that ‘bluetooth is repeatedly terminated’.
